Dear Parents and Guardians:
Please accept this letter as your invitation to our annual Back to School Night. Our Back to School night will be held on Tuesday, August 30th, for all grade 9-12 parents. There will only be one Back to School Night. We are also offering a virtual option for parents who choose not to attend or who are unable to attend. Each teacher is recording a video message about their class. These videos will be available on 8/30/22, and a link will be sent to inform parents where to find the videos.

Please print and bring a copy of your child’s schedule to Back to School Night. To print a copy of your child’s schedule from Aspen, please follow these steps: click on the Family top tab, click on your student’s name, click on the Schedule side tab, then click on Reports at the top, and select Student Schedule Matrix Portal-4DayRotated; in the new window that appears, select first semester then Run. You will be following your student’s schedule in block order. Please click here to view the block numbers across a sample schedule to help you identify your student’s classes in block order.
The program will begin at 6:45 p.m.starting with Block 1, and follow the schedule below.

The doors will be open at 6:30pm. Our various parent organizations will be set-up in The Mall. I encourage you to arrive early to learn about the many ways that parents can become part of our school community. The Back to School program will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. with the start of Block 1.
