All technology forms should now be submitted eletronically via our Student Information System: Aspen.

For historical purposes, the following forms related to Technology are available for download:

For the 1:1 Program:

• Parent-Student-Device-Agreement (mandatory if you are accepting the district-issued device)
• Parent-Student-BYOD-Agreement (mandatory if you are bringing your own Chromebook)

For the student Email program (All Students):

• Request for a Restricted Student Email Account (optional form)
