Dear VHS Families,

If you would like to participate in an extracurricular club or activity, we require a parent/guardian to complete a consent for participation form in Aspen. In order for you to be signed up for a club, your parent/guardian needs to do the following:

1. Log into their family Aspen account
2. Click on Page Directory on the left hand side
3. Click on Voorhees Club Form
4. Select the student’s name
5. Choose the appropriate club – there are multiple pages. Please use the left and right arrows next to the drop down box to see each page of clubs.
6. Click on and fill out the Consent for Participation Form* (this also serves as your consent to your student being placed in Random Drug Testing Pool).

* This process needs to be completed for each club they consent for you to participate.
