Guardians of the Voorhees Classes of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 &#8211;\u00a0<br \/><br \/>The 2021 VHS Yearbooks arrived on Thursday, August 5th.\u00a0 On Monday, August 9, a few members of the VHS staff will organize\u00a0the yearbooks for distribution.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/>We have selected 2 days next week to conduct a curbside pickup for yearbooks:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><u>Wednesday, August 11 &#8211; 9:15am to 1:30pm\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><u>Thursday, August 12 &#8211; 3:30pm to 7:30 pm\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The curbside pickup will be conducted outside the main entrance in the front of VHS.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/><u>For those that have already ordered (and paid) for their yearbook(s)<\/u>\u00a0&#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We ask that you just provide your student&#8217;s name(s) upon arrival and initial a spreadsheet upon receipt of the yearbook.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You DO NOT need to show a receipt of purchase.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Marc McGeehan will send an email tomorrow morning August 7th to the email address provided at time of purchase to serve as another confirmation of your order.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/><u>For those that would like to purchase a yearbook:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are roughly 50 copies available for purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Please bring $100 cash or $100 check (made out to VHS Student Activities).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>These will be available on a first come, first served basis.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With the late arrival of the yearbooks, we are offering students (especially 2021 graduates) the opportunity to use the school grounds to have an impromptu yearbook signing with friends and fellow students during these pickup times as well.\u00a0 It would certainly take some coordination on their part to plan a similar pickup time of course.\u00a0 As long as the weather complies, Vikes would be welcome to sit out front of the building during this time.\u00a0 In the event of inclement weather, we could use the cafeteria or mall area.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Lastly, we will assess the need for further opportunities for pickup after these 2 sessions next week.\u00a0 If more dates are needed, you will be notified via email.\u00a0 Any pre-purchased yearbooks remaining when we students return on 8\/26 would be given directly to students as well.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/>We certainly appreciate your patience with the 2021 yearbooks.\u00a0 A reminder that an email will be sent tomorrow morning to all those that ordered a yearbook.\u00a0 Please feel free to reach out to Marc McGeehan (<a href=\"mailto:mmcgeehan@nhvweb.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mmcgeehan@nhvweb.net<\/a>) with any questions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Kind regards,<br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #cc0000;
