Dear VHS Families,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to participate in an extracurricular club or activity, we require a parent\/guardian to complete a consent for participation form in Aspen. In order for you to be signed up for a club, your parent\/guardian needs to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into their family Aspen account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Page Directory on the left hand side<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Voorhees Club Form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the student’s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Choose the appropriate club – there are multiple pages. Please use the left and right arrows next to the drop down box to see each page of clubs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on and fill out the Consent for Participation Form* (this also serves as your consent to your student being placed in Random Drug Testing Pool).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    * This process needs to be completed for each club they consent for you to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
